#PlaidForDad – June 17

This post is also available in: pt-brPortuguês (Portuguese (Brazil))

Each year, workplaces across Canada designate the ‘casual Friday’ prior to Father’s Day as Plaid for Dad to support the 1 in 8 Canadian men and their families affected by prostate cancer by wearing plaid clothing to raise awareness and research funds. With everyone clad in a variety of plaids, teams then take part in their own, unique fundraising activities such as pot luck lunches and post photos online using the tag #PlaidForDad.

This year’s Plaid for Dad date is Friday, June 17th. We have attached a ready-made marketing banner to this email for your consideration and use.
As a charity, Prostate Cancer Canada does not have the marketing means to pay to appear in your publication, but your participation in helping us get the word out would serve to align you with a noble cause in support of the most common cancer in men.
