Sugar – 2 cups
Water – 1 cup
Eggs – 6 whole eggs
Milk – ½ cup
How to make:
Make a thin syrup with the sugar and water.
Beat the eggs well and pour into the boiling syrup. Let it cook.
Once cooked, drain in a sieve for a while and reserve the syrup.
Bring the egg dough back to the burner, without the syrup, and stir constantly until it turns a dark honey colour.
Pour the syrup over the resulting dough, adding the milk.
Let it dry out a little on low heat.
Place it in a glass bowl.
