The barista at the Coffee Museum, in Santos, Brazil, shared a delicious caipirinha recipe with lime and coffee with the readers of Brazilian Wave.
By the Coffee Museum
- 40 ml espresso coffee
- 120 ml of cachaça
- ½ lime cut into 4 pieces (remove the middle part)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 cup 200 ml
- 1 martini glass
- 2 lime slices
- Put the sugar and the 4 pieces of lime in the glass and lightly mash it.
- Then add the cachaça, and 4 cubes of ice. Close it up and shake it until the glass sweats.
- Open it up and pour it in a glass with ice and two lime slices. Add the coffee and stir.
