Caramelized banana cake

  • 1 tea cup of granulated sugar
  • 3 large bananas cut in pieces


  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tea cup of milk
  • 1 tea cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 1/2 tea cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda

How to prepare

Heat the sugar until it caramelizes. Pour it onto a pan and spread the caramelized sugar on the bottom and sides.

Place the bananas on the bottom of the pan. Place all dough ingredients in a blender and beat them until they are well mixed. Pour the mixture over the bananas. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C and bake for 40 minutes.
