Pork and beer roast

Another great recipe!


  • 2 lbs. pork tenderloin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100g bacon
  • 3 tbps. olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beer


Sprinkle salt and pepper over tenderloin. Place meat with bacon and olive oil in pot over medium heat and brown 15 minutes. Add onion and beer and continue to cook in covered pot at low temperature 1 hour. Take out and cut into slices and place in serving dish. Pour strained sauce over it.

Serves 4.
