On July 23, 2019, MP for Davenport Julie Dzerowicz hosted her Annual Canada Summer Jobs Barbecue, where she invited all the organizations that received CSJ funding along with the youth that were hired this year.
With over 100 attendees, the barbecue was a great success. Julie loved to get the chance to meet with the youth that were awarded jobs through the funding, as well as organization administrative staff.
This year was exceptionally special as the Canada Summer Jobs funding has more than tripled since 2015, creating over 230 jobs within Davenport.
Julie was elated to commemorate this milestone with all the recipients and could not have asked for a better turnout!
Once again, thank you to all the organization leaders and their staff who took the time to come out and celebrate with MP Dzerowicz.
